What does being here in New York and supporting foster care mean to you? I’m a born and raised New Yorker, so it means the world to me. It’s an honor to be here - this is actually my first time coming to the event.... Making sure that kids are getting the attention that they deserve is extremely important, so it’s great to be a part of this cause. Do you have any fall childhood memories? My favorite fall memory was actually going to the Big Apple Circus. And the founder of the Big Apple Circus was a woman named Ruth Shuman, and she has started now a charity called Publicolor, which goes into public schools and paints all of the hallways... bright colors to stimulate kids’ minds. So it kind of goes back to New Yorkers for Children and supporting the kids and the arts. And how was your Fashion Week? It was good, it was pretty mellow. Do you think there’s a detox for Fashion Week and are you going to need one? Well, I try and drink a juice every day. [Photo: Hannah Bronfman, Theophilus London]
