Rogue & Canon, last night, was in to its fourth day of business. Perfectly placed on the corner of West Houston and Sullivan St., the outside is completely revamped, and even more so inside. Comfortably spacious with beautifully dim lit dinning area with exposed brick walls for parties and couples, and a classy copper tone bar fit to serve more than just drinks. We had a chance to sit down for a few drinks with co-owner Johnny Swet, to find out just what to expect with the new village bar.
