Well you've seen the rise of digital from the start of your career, is it something you embraced all along?

I've always been intrigued by the new. I'm always intrigued by what's new, what's coming. That's why when we wanted to do a concept like seven deadly sins, even though it's a biblical concept, it relates to the digital world. You know, people trolling each other, that's envy, all these sort of dating apps that have desensitized people, that's lust. So it was in the context of the world we live in, not ancient times. I'm very interested in the times we live in, and the things that go on today.

What interests you the most in culture today?

I like this wave of artists who...I call them renaissance people like Travis Scott, people like Rihanna, people who transcend what they're supposed to be. I'm supposed to be a musician but I'm going to design, I'm going to paint. Cross pollination, that's really what I'm trying to say. Even me tackling something that's not my medium came from that. And when I was growing up, 25 years, you had to do one thing. You had to do this, and you had to be good at it. And I love that now things are so...culturally things are so different. There's a new generation that's like I can do whatever I want, and I want to try.
