When did you move to New York?
I moved to New York in 2005. That was half way through my senior year in high school, when I was recruited, and joined ABT.
That's pretty typical. I guess the career isn't too long, I'm hoping to dance into my early 40s. And a lot of the principle dancers do that. But you start right out of high school, or sometimes before.
