Are there any workouts you've personally enjoyed?

Once I took a zumba class, that was pretty fun It was actually called ratchet zumba or something like that, and it was basically an hour and a half of twerking, with club lighting, it was really interesting. I was so sore after that.

I love doing these balancing exercise on a bosu ball. That's something anyone can do, but it's really hard. You just balance on one leg, and then I lift my other leg and move it around.
