The trendy HBO series made its way to the big screen in 2008, and from the first scene of this stylish chick-flick, we were hooked. Sarah Jessica Parker plays the witty and talented writer, Carrie Bradshaw, alongside her three best Manhattan gals, Samantha, Charlotte, and Miranda. While the series began with these four stylish ladies as single women in NYC, the film picks right up from the series finale.
Carrie has a wild sense of style, with a modern twist to it. Samantha, played by Kim Cattrall, may dress a bit young for her age, but we love her anyway. Charlotte, played by Kristin Davis, is always dressed to the nines in classic, feminine designs. Miranda, played by Cynthia Nixon, finally stepped out of her lawyer business casual attire and vamped it up with modern woman work attire. Whatever these four New Yorkers wear, we love it all.
