Transviolet
Last fall, unmarked mail was sent across the country. Inside were cassette tapes with one simple command: just press play. The marketing gimmick introduced Transviolet to the crowds with the song "Girls Your Age." We wish we were among the lucky few who received the hip, albeit slightly creepy, package. Our first listen brought to mind Alt-J meets CHVRCHES with a healthy dash of glittery synth-pop and Lana vibes.
