7 Outdoor Music Festivals You Can't Miss This Summer

If you're cash strapped, there are free festivals to choose from as well. The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council hosts the River to River Festival from June 18th to the 28th. Music, dance, theater and visual arts performances make this a very exciting 11-day event. The festival is held in downtown venues such as the South Street Seaport, Rockefeller Park and Governors Island.
