The top two headliners for the 2013 Governors Ball have been released, and it's the most impressive lineup to date. Kanye West and Kings of Leon top the bill, appearing alongside a third artist yet to be announced. Kanye will be performing his first solo show in NYC since 2008, and it'll be Kings of Leon's first show in the city since 2010. We did some investigating of our own, and we think we've figured out the third headliner. Check out who our money is on below!
