Tokya opened this past December and has already hosted birthday parties for celebrities like Drake and Trey Songz, suggesting a promising start for this Japanese inspired lounge. If it's your first time dining at Tokya, we'd recommend trying the Madai & Pink Grapefruit Sunomono, a light and tangy appetizer made with Ume and a grapefruit vinaigrette, as well as the Hard 8 Roll, a salmon based roll topped with melted mozzarella and crispy onions, sure to become a Tokya staple.
