If you and your gals want to go somewhere to see and be seen, you've come to the right place. Chef Michael Citarella of Freemans is the mastermind behind this Chelsea hotspot known for dishes like the Ribbon Pasta made with braised short ribs and the Chicken for Two served with artichokes, sunchokes and potatoes. Although The Monarch Room just opened, it's already caused a quite commotion, and is definitely somewhere to try before it becomes impossible to get a reservation.
