The industrial chic aesthetic continues out into the open air where the Refinery Rooftop is partitioned into 3 hangout sections: indoor, outdoor and, in case you can't decide, a section with a little bit of both! Discover artisanal cocktails and selective wines with cinematic views of Manhattan and the Empire State Building. A retractable glass roof enhances the city sunsets over the indoor-outdoor section, which is paved with vintage French terracotta floors.
