The Dining

It's safe to say that besides the breathtaking physical feats happening all around you, food is a major part of the "Queen of the Night" experience. Diamond Horseshoe was, and is, a supper club, after all. As you can probably deduce at this point, though, not even the dining experience is typical. Waiters are in character—sassy and hilarious, but extremely accommodating. Dinner is served in a delightfully ostentatious parade, with tables receiving different family-style dishes from cages of lobster to entire roast pigs. Guests are encouraged to share and steal, feasting as recklessly as they would at some ancient pagan ritual. Gluttony is no sin according to the Queen (so leave your diet at home).
