The Frying Pan
If you are in search of a seaside experience in the city, look no further than this historic lightship turned bar docked on the Hudson River at West 26th Street. Check out the DJ lounge and occasional live acts at the far end of the barge and be sure to stop by the bar for beers and cocktails. Lunch and dinner are also served and while the food may not be mind blowing (think burgers and hot dogs), the 16 foot observation deck offers breathtaking views of the Hudson.
