Another great wine bar on Rivington, Jadis is the place where you can have a home-style night out on one of their sofas. The bar offers more seating and is less cramped than most. On top of that, on Mondays wines over $40 are half off. The French-themed menu has a number of wines under $10 to go along with, say, a quiche or a venison terrine.
Head there for happy hours (5pm-7pm, Tuesday-Saturday) for half off wines. Jadis is one of the best bang for your buck wine bars in NYC.
