Martini

Coming in at only around 170 calories, Martinis aren't the worst drink of choice. Ask the bartender to serve it up extra dry (less vermouth=more vodka or gin), so you're getting more of what you really want. Or make it dirty and enjoy yours with some olive juice for a salty sip. Beware: the dirtier it is the more sodium you're getting, which can lead to some unwanted bloat.
