That's why we love The Randolph at Broome, a bar that provides both quality caffeine and alcohol—sometimes in the same glass. Though the coffee service ends at 5 pm, there are a number of java cocktails available to surge you through the night's festivities, including the Death in the Morning (iced coffee and soda spiked with yellow chartreuse, tequila, and absinthe).
