The Indian-American hotelier Vikram Chatwal opened up his latest venture at the Dream Downtown this past June. The three levels includes hotspots such as PH-D Rooftop Lounge, Marble Lane restaurant, and The Beach. The opening brought out a slew of big names and has since then hosted lots of A-list parties.
