Bobo's drinks have a long history of using fresh herbs from the restaurant's garden in their cocktail menu. Beverage director Adam Rothstein describes the cocktail program as being seasonal, and as "farm-to-bar" as possible.
We love the house classic "A Blue For You," with Leblon, St. Germain, prosecco, lime, and blueberries, as well as the seasonal "Strawberry Fields," which mixes lemon, strawberries, prosecco, campari, and Bulldog gin for a summer classic.
