Classic restaurant The Wayland takes their farm-to-bar mission to a new place with their cocktail menu. The restaurant offers an intriguing twist on a "healthy" margarita - the Garden Variety Margarita, which mixes blue agave blanco tequila, lime juice, agave nectar - and ginger and kale juice.
