Prefer your martinis made with gin and your G&Ts served with flair?

Well, we'll undoubtedly be seeing you at The Ivory Peacock, the glamorous new NoMad locale that puts the spotlight on your favorite spirit.

Boasting the largest gin library in New York (a selection of 860 bottles to be exact), it's the go-to destination for gin cocktails stirred and shaken to perfection, all served up in an opulent old-world atmosphere.

In addition to a signature Subzero Martini and lavish Gin & Tonic tray service, the bar's offerings include a Negroni on tap, as well as beer, wine, and yes, even expertly prepared vodka, tequila, and whiskey-based sips. Pair it all with seafood-driven French and Japanese-inspired bites by Chef Grayson Altenberg, from raw bar spreads and caviar service to small plates like uni tempura and tuna tartare.

When it comes to living up to its name, the elegantly appointed Ivory Peacock certainly doesn't disappoint. Featuring a grand main bar and dining room, as well as the scene-stealing wraparound Emerald Bar, the expansive space is dripping with ornamental décor and filled with plenty of plush corners to cozy up in. Custom banquettes and gilded mirrors line the walls while the ceiling is dotted with antique chandeliers sourced from the Waldorf Astoria and the NoMad Hotel.

Oh, and don't forget to keep the party going downstairs at Ploume, the sexy subterranean lounge that's sure to become a late-night hit.

If you're looking for a fine feathered new spot to flock to, this is it.
