Snagging a space that last housed No.8 means you've got some big shoes to fill. Luckily, the guys behind Den Hospitality were up for the challenge. With two Garret bars and a reverse speakeasy to their name, Den teamed up with LDV Hospitality for the new bi-level lounge in Chelsea, where "Mad Men meets Twin Peaks" in a chic cabin setting.
