Momofuku bar
4. Momofuku Ssäm Bar will do cocktails in the former Milk Bar space. The space already functions as a bar, but is going to be a new concept with a different name. Minor renovations are being made, but when that's done, there will be a 22-drink menu, made with things like liquid nitrogen and high-tech toys such as a rotovap and centrifuge. The food menu is also changing to complement the drink offerings. [Zagat]
