If you're looking for a drink with some added pizazz, head over to Ember Room where Joseph Boroski is turning out the Smoke Signal featuring actual smoke. The drink includes gin, muddled orange, lemon/lime juice and honey, but the flair comes from when apple-wood chips are ignited in a hand smoker (which is literally a smoking gun) and the smoke is blown into the glass.
