Tucked inside the Carlyle Hotel, Bemelmans Bar is named after Ludwig Bemelman, illustrator of the classic children's book Madeline. The walls are decorated in his whimsical illustrations and the ceiling is covered in 24-karat gold leaf. Their winter drink menu features the Midnight Express which features Stolichnaya Vanill, Navan vanilla cognac, Kahlua, espresso and simple syrup.
