Analysis: Hey, we're still in a semi recession! If you want to get a girl to stick around to talk to you, you're odds go up 70% if you offer to buy her a drink. Her time is probably going to cost you at least $12-$18, so don't be cheap. However, try to talk to them for at least 5 minutes before you offer. I've seen it happen a million times. Guy walks up to a girl and offer to buy her a drink. She accepts. He orders the drink and hands it to her. Turns around to pay the bartender and the girl is gone before he gets his change. Also, pay attention if she already has a full drink in her hand, it doesn't make any sense to offer to buy her another one. I will often wait until a girl is almost done with her drink to approach them. [One little drink goes a long way... Or not.] Also, just because you bought her a drink it does not mean that you own her for the night or she owes you her number. Halfway through that drink she may decide she's not interested. It's her choice, don't get mad or take it personal. It's part of the game. That's it for Part One. Part Two (Coming soon) will cover how to proceed once you have the girl's number.
