My biggest question is- why the F are men such pussies these days?! Is it that women are frequently more forward nowadays, so you don't make the effort or have girls really just taken every guys' balls? Or maybe, you're all just stuck up or even fed up with being denied? If a girl is attractive and you're busy checking her out why don't you make your move??? Please guide me on this one…

I think it’s a combination of different factors. I don’t know what you look like, but you may just be so hot that regular guys are intimidated by you. Many men see a beautiful woman, and have no idea how to approach them without looking foolish.
You did touch on a something that I’ve noticed lately, girls are a lot more forward in pursuing men then in the past. Many girls I know are as aggressive (sometimes more) as some of my guy friends.
Recent studies have suggested men are simply not willing to work as hard to court a woman, because so many other women are just giving it up.
Other articles I’ve read also suggest that the popularity of Internet Pornography have made men less aggressive. The fact that they can go home and live out their fantasies with an unlimited variety of women, has made the instinct to have an actual physical connection with someone disappear.
Another possibility is that you’re giving off a vibe that makes guys think you’re not approachable. That combined with your beauty could be throwing men off that might be interested in you. Sometimes a guy just needs a sign that you would welcome his advances to help him build up the courage to approach you. Next time a guy you’re attracted to makes eye contact, try smiling back at him. You don’t need to throw yourself at him. However, that small gesture will signal to him that you’re not going to completely crush his ego if he puts himself out there.
