As a member of the Momofuku group, it’s already implied that Booker and Dax has exceptionally crafted cocktails. Why is this bar perfect for a dull date? Easy, the atmosphere is refined yet young enough to host a plethora of interesting conversations to eavesdrop on, but you’ll probably be too busy to talk anyway as you’re stuffing your mouth with pork bun after pork bun.
