The latest in New York's longstanding tradition of restaurants that themselves become nightlife hubs is Vandal, the Tao Group's new Bowery property. Combining an innovative - and Instagram ready - menu with a carefully calculated degree of downtown "grittiness" (a.k.a. feigned street art in the form of decor), the watering hole is frequented by the Rich Kids of Instagram and stars like Christina Hendricks, Gigi Hadid, and Karlie Kloss.
