Since opening last Fashion Week, Up & Down has become the perfect all-in-one destination, with the Butter Group recreating the clubby vibe upstairs that has made places like 1Oak so successful, while enlisting downtown's best to bring their vibe downstairs. The best part of it has been how much the two have merged in the past 8 months, creating excitement and unpredictability to both floors.
