What: From Verboten to Loosie Rouge to The Four Horseman, Williamsburg has seen an increase in genuinely cool spots every season over the last few years, in accordance with its neighborhood growth. Now we have another reason to be excited: Falcon Laundry. Though the doors aren't open yet, but our guy Paul Longo from the recently shuttered Westway is in control of the bi-level space and we couldn't think of a better person to helm a bar in Brooklyn.
