Overview: The basement at the Tribeca Grand Hotel was once reserved for special events, but it's increasingly becoming a popular spot for weekly club nights. The Grandlife hotels have always been a place for a trendy crowd to socialize, but the team has used their extensive network to bring in top DJs and performers to create an amazing room downstairs.

Insider's Scorecard: DJs like Brendan Fallis, Ryan Dusheiko, Franco V, and Jeremie Khlat have always played events at the basement, but Grandlife has made a big push to get incredible performers in there as well. When the third day of Electric Zoo was cancelled in 2013, a massive crowd formed outside the hotel, where Diplo chose to offer a free concert for fans. DIIV performed on the same night as Sky Ferreira and MNDR did DJ sets, and during NYFW, Blood Orange did an incredible show following a DJ set by Zoe Kravitz.
