Where Are All The Cool Kids Actually Partying In New York?

Will we ever stop talking about this place? Probably, but not right now. The downtown all-in-one is a hotel (natch) featuring an indoor-outdoor rooftop, a restaurant, a garden, and last but not least, a subterranean nightclub that's as spacious as Marquee but about 100 times as cool. Sure, the DJs often overuse air horns, but the dance vibes and special events are unbeatable. Joanne The Scammer performed here once! Oh, and so did Patti freakin' Smith.
