The hosts are the reason for this activities success. Michael, Joe, along with the entire waitstaff create a welcoming environment where everyone feels in some way included in the evening's activities. From dance-offs, to mad-libbing music their is always an opportunity for the guests to drunkly make a fool of themselves, relieving everyone from being too serious. To understand why this is possible, one must attend this event. This past Sunday Joe was decked out in 90's gear complete with rollerblades, a diamond encrusted hairdo, and a spice girls t-shirt. He skated around the restaurant talking to players, giving out scrunchies and headbands to those unaware of the theme, and just created a sense of warmth.
