New Yorkers For ChildrenNew Yorkers For Children was founded in 1996 by Nicholas Scoppetta, a former Commissioner of the Administration for Children’s Services. Since it's inception, the organization has been using donations to help support the child welfare community, with an emphasis on helping children in foster care.
