The Refinery Hotel's very own Parker & Quinn is having a delicious Christmas dinner. For $55 per person, you can have an amazing three course meal that looks something like this: roasted butternut squash soup (YUM), farro and wild mushroom risotto (OMG there's winter truffle on it), and salted caramel cheesecake. Hours are from 4pm-9pm.
