The Players: A Look Inside One Of New York's Oldest & Most Theatrical Social Clubs

The rooms are all used for various purposes: theater performances, talks, parties, and games. The card room features a table that founding member Samuel Clemens aka Mark Twain used, and he was also fond of the pool table down at The Grill. One room that isn't used, however, is Edwin Booth's private bedroom, which is almost entirely unchanged from the day he passed there.
