Believe it or not, there are happy hours for things other than margaritas! Try toasting some oysters instead. Check out Pier A Harbor House and their $1 oyster special, or some other famous raw bars like The Mermaid Inn and Grand Central Oyster Bar. The fact that these cheap eats are also major aphrodisiacs is a plus.
