Last year, Queen Bey hosted a Soul Train themed 35th birthday party at the NoMad Hotel, whose bar just happened to be named the best in North America this year (wonder if Bey's magical presence has anything to do with it). The luxe location is truly ideal for any type of celebration, whether you want a classy meal at the Atrium, or to slurp down upgraded fishbowls at the bar.
