Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD)
This tiny museum located in Brooklyn celebrates different cultural cuisines with rotating exhibits. Right now, they're showing Chow: Making The Chinese American Restaurant. They also do a little demonstration for you so you can sample the food. What's great is you'll probably have the whole place to yourself. Take a pic with their wall of take-out boxes!
