Skip the yellow cab and take a water taxi to Pier 17 and visit the
Beekman Beer Garden. Located just on the water’s edge on the north side of Pier 17, this beach features views of the Brooklyn Bridge and 18,000 square feet of date-worthy fun.
Real sand, ping pong and mini golf should be more than enough to keep you entertained, but just in case you get hungry while you’re catching rays, you can feast on beer-battered fish and chips, tacos, or any kind of seafood at the raw bar.
