Performances at Socrates Sculpture Park
This one of a kind arts space is the perfect place to enjoy the summer weather and check out cool work. It's the only exhibition space in the Metropolitan area dedicated solely to large scale and multimedia work in an outdoor environment.
In August, attendees can also enjoy an eclectic selection of musical and theatrical performances. At the beginning of the month, the park will host three opera singers from the Met as part of the Metropolitan Opera Summer Recital Series.
Later on, Hip to Hip Theater Company will give two Shakespeare performances (The Tempest on August 4th and Love's Labour's Lost on August 11th).
