Pravda, in NoLita, looks like a speakeasy, but it's an underground caviar bar with a fantastic martini (and cocktail) menu. When you go there, order the caviar martini, paired with a spoon of caviar and flavored with cucumber and dill. With over 70 different vodka choices, including 10 house vodkas, there's no wonder it made our list. Fun fact, Pravda means "truth" in Russian.
