It is time for New Yorkers to accept that, unfortunately, Australia has better coffee than we do. What started as an Aussie expedition a few years ago has become an invasion locals seem to really like. But it's not just about the coffee. The fresh and simple, yet delicious plates they offer make for an enjoyable (and let's not forget, VERY Instagrammable) meal. We may not have surfing in NYC, but we definitely have plenty of spots to take us down under.
