King Cake
If you can't make it out to celebrate tonight, bring Mardi Gras home with the official dessert of Fat Tuesday, the King Cake. The New Orleans version of the King Cake is covered in purple and green frosting, and though it's difficult to find a King Cake as festive as that in NY, there are still a bunch of options that are just as delicious.
