Chef Carmen Quagliata, The Union Square Cafe

Carmen QuagliataI never go to breakfast, so I would try a breakfast pizza at Marta. Since I was a teenager I would reheat pizza in the morning and crack egg on it. Then I would play tennis, build up a good appetite. Have lunch - I would eat all day! - somewhere in Brooklyn with my wife. We live in New Jersey and don't get out there enough - so eat, wander around, check out some neighborhoods, just have an afternoon. We'd chill out for a while, cruise through the Whitney Museum and have a snack or coffee at the Studio Cafe at Untitled. And later, for dinner, I'd want to try out one of the Torrisi boys' new places that I haven't been to yet, Dirty French or Santina.
