Calling all coffee snobs and caffeine aesthetes. When a Starbucks just won't do and your local cafe has become overrun with freelancers and laptops, where can you possibly settle in for the perfect sip?

Felix Roasting Co. is the answer to your prayers. The new coffee shop concept by hotelier Matt Moinian and Al Ansari is an artisinal dream, designed by world-renowned scene-setter Ken Fulk. Open seven days a week on Park Avenue South, the chic, sure-to-be hot spot features an elevated menu of coffee creations curated by expert barista Reagan Petrehn. Both traditional and inventive, drinks include a Hickory-Smoked S’mores Latte, Late Summer Shrub with Serrano Chiles and Botanicals, Deconstructed Espresso Tonic, and Ethiopia Guji Hambela Filter Coffee. Of course, all milks, including almond, cashew, pepita, and oat, are offered, along with a selection of beer and wine for the after 5 pm crowd.

An Insta-worthy palette of bronze, teal, and shell pink make up the plush interiors, complemented by fresh, colorful flowers, vintage art, and printed wallpaper. Anchoring the space is a wood-paneled coffee bar dotted with sweet treats by Supermoon Bakehouse. It certainly doesn't look like the crowded coffee hangs you're used to.
