Museum of the Moving Image
As the only museum in the U.S. dedicated to "exploring the art, history, and technology of the moving image," the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria is a gem of Queens, and a must visit. Current exhibitions include 'To the Moon and Beyond: Graphic Films and the Inception of 2001: A Space Odyssey', 'The World of Anomalisa', 'Computer Films of the 1960s', and many more.
