Nougatine is the more casual, but no less gastronomically impressive, little sister of Jean-Georges. The self-described "market driven" menu uses only the freshest and finest ingredients. The neutral-toned, airy interior creates a relaxed atmosphere complimented by floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of Central Park. Dishes include such temptations as Tasmanian sea trout on crispy sushi rice, fois gras brulé, and caramelized hake, all with the signature Jean-Georges French twist.
