Don't worry it's not LOCALS ONLY. Locals Surf School is owned and operated by Rockaway Beach natives with a serious understanding of the beach and its waves. Best of all it is open all year round. Private lessons are $100 per person, semi-private are $120 per person and group are $80 per person. All sessions are 2 hours long and are offered three times a day: early morning, late morning, and early afternoon, so you can fit it into any schedule!

Directions: Take the A train toward Far Rockaway and got off at Beach 67th street station stop. Walk up to the boardwalk to the 67th Street Beach.
